AquaTerra Foundation advances environmental stewardship through strategic grantmaking. We partner with organizations committed to scientific research and ecosystem restoration efforts that sustain communities across land and water.
Eligibility
Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits or international equivalents operating within Florida, the Caribbean regions, and mission-aligned global zones. Applicants must demonstrate a track record of effective fiscal management and environmental stewardship.
Focus Areas
Strategic investments are prioritized in water stewardship, habitat restoration, regenerative land management, and sustainable environmental infrastructure. Priority is given to projects utilizing innovative technologies such as remote sensing and GIS.
Process
We utilize a bi-annual review cycles. The process begins with a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) to determine strategic alignment. Selected applicants are invited to submit a full technical proposal for review by our Scientific Committee and Board.
